Mr. Moses Okenla serves as the Founder of Lighted Pearl Africa Foundation, where he provides strategic direction and guidance for the organization’s programs and outreach efforts. His passion for service and human development has been the driving force behind the Foundation’s work in education, mentorship, and community empowerment.
With a background in youth leadership and nonprofit management, Mr. Okenla established Lighted Pearl Africa to create opportunities for people in underserved communities to thrive. Through his vision, the Foundation has implemented several impactful initiatives that support children, widows, the elderly, and persons with disabilities.
In 2025, under his coordination, the Foundation hosted The Youth Conference (TYC) — a mentorship and leadership development program that reached over 1,500 young people across multiple schools. The conference provided students with practical insights on discipline, time management, goal-setting, and personal growth, all delivered through a team of professional volunteers.
Mr. Okenla’s leadership continues to reflect Lighted Pearl Africa’s core mission: to build lives, strengthen communities, and inspire purposeful change. His ability to combine structure with compassion has helped the Foundation grow into a trusted platform for empowerment and collective impact.
